Coaching Package
This package is designed for individuals to successfully start to process and explore their thoughts with their coach. This package is valid for 3 months from the start of your first session.
Month #1: Helping clients gain clarity , evaluate their personal goals and skills, find their starting point, and guide them to their desired future.
Months #2: Helping clients build on their goals, establish benchmarks, and get their first results.
Month #3: Support clients as they discover themselves further, through their failures and successes.

Single Coaching Sessions
This option fits best with those who have an established relationship with their coach. This offering provides the flexibility of occasional check-ins for clients who have completed their initial Coaching Package.
